We have a restaurant with a maximum capacity of 70 people and we want to offer our customers a dining experience that follows the traditions of the Valle Leventina with fresh local produce and made by us hommade. Throughout the year you can taste what it is the home of mixed cold cuts: salami, mortadella and ham product directly from us, or tortelloni stuffed with ricotta and spinach, potato and mushroom tortelloni, potatoes gnocchi and even dough pizza is made by us.
Even in the winter we want to give a chance to eat dishes especially summer as prosciutto and melon or caprese salad with mozzarella Ambrì, always to give our customers the fresh local produce.
Also our terrace with a capacity of 50 people where you can eat or drink in a beautiful day “admiring” the view that Prato Leventina and Rodi offers.
Our bar is open to all at the following times: from Mon-Fri from 6.15 to 24.00 on Saturdays from 7:00. Sundays is closed until middle of June. from middle of June until middle of September is open from 7:30 until 24:00.
For sports fans we are equipped also a Bimer connected to the television to watch in the company from the various hockey or football.
Our bar is open to all at the following times: from Mon-Fri from 6.00 to 24.00 on, Saturdays from 7:00 am. Sundays is closed until middle of June. from middle of June until middle of September is open from 7:30 until 24:00.
For sport fans we are equipped with a big screen to watch Ice Hockey and soccer games.
The sausages, salami from continuing with mortadella, prosciutto, coppa are products derived from the farming of our two pigs we buy at the end of the summer, the “put on weight” to the end of November and proceed to carry out during a seventh the “bat”, business handed down from generation to generation that can breed and produce homemade salami; savoring a product of the house with a capital “H”.
